adidas SolarDrive

adidas SolarDrive is the all-in-one running shoe for the runner who can’t sacrifice anything. With four distinct materials specifically designed for comfort, durability, stability, and cushoning, this shoe is the pinacle of balance.

We explored the idea of “perfectly balanced everything” for this shoe, and created an installation that places SolarDrive in a delicately balanced, physical sculpture. The arms of the sculpture held objects to represent the 4 product benefits.

To go along with the installation, we designed a modular visual identity, inspired by design grids, to emphasize the precision of SolarDrive.
